Feedback Decision (Days 6-14)

Accepted: We’ll contact you with next steps (podcast scheduling, article drafting, or concert audition invitation)
Declined: You’ll receive honest feedback on why it wasn’t a fit at this time. Resubmissions welcome after 3 months.
Hold: Occasionally we hold tracks for seasonal features or themed playlists.

Promotion Phase

If accepted, we coordinate with you on interview scheduling, article approval timeline, cross-promotion schedules, and performance logistics.

Frequently Asked Questions

: Standard submissions: 14 business days. Priority Reviews: 7 business days. We don’t send acknowledgment emails after the initial confirmation, so please wait the full turnaround period before following up.
: Yes. Every submission is personally listened to by at least one member of our curation team. No algorithmic screening.
: No. We only review completed, mastered tracks ready for public release. This protects both you (we won’t share unfinished material) and us (maintaining quality standards for our audience).
: No. Standard submissions are completely free. Priority Review ($25) is only for artists who want guaranteed podcast coverage and expedited service—not for basic evaluation.
: Declines aren’t permanent. You can resubmit after 3 months, ideally with improved tracks. We encourage growth and many of our featured artists were declined 2-3 times before getting a feature.
: Rarely, and only for artists who’ve established a relationship with us through prior features. Exclusive content goes to artists with proven track records on our platform.
: Podcast features involve a 30–60-minute interview discussing your journey, craft, and career. Articles are written editorials about your music, new releases, or achievements. Both carry equal weight—choose based on your strengths (being articulate on camera vs. having strong written press materials).
: No. We accept submissions globally. However, concert series appearances currently limited to North American cities (expanding internationally in 2027).
: Yes. Label submissions must include artist consent and full disclosure of representation. We prioritize artist relationships and will communicate directly with the talent regardless of management status.

Submission Does Not Guarantee Placement. Completing this form does not guarantee inclusion in the Music Addict roster or any featured opportunities. All submissions are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion based on fit, quality, and venue needs.

Not a Booking Agency or Talent Agent.

Music Addict operates solely as a networking and referral platform. We do not act as your booking agent, talent representative, or manager. We do not negotiate contracts or take commissions from bookings arranged through our platform unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

No Liability for Venue Interactions.

Music Addict is not responsible for any agreements, disputes, cancellations, damages, or issues arising between artists and venues connected through our platform. All terms of engagement must be negotiated directly between the artist (or their representative) and the venue.

Accuracy of Information.

By submitting, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. Misrepresentation of your experience, draw, or other details may result in removal from our roster at our discretion.

Data Usage & Privacy.

Your submission data will be used solely for evaluation and potential matching with venue opportunities. We do not sell your personal information. Submitted materials (music, links, images) may be shared with partner venues for review purposes only.

Intellectual Property & Permissions.

By submitting your music and materials, you warrant that you hold all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to share and promote your work. You grant Music Addict a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use your name, images, and links for promotional purposes related to this program, including on our website and social media channels.

Copyright & Trademark.

You affirm that all submitted materials are original or properly licensed, and you accept responsibility for any copyright or trademark infringement claims arising from your submission.

Indemnification.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Music Addict, its affiliates, partners, and staff from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your submission, participation, or interactions with venues or third parties related to this program.

No Guarantees & No Endorsement.

Participation does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or guarantee of any opportunity, performance, or feature.

Changes & Updates.

Music Addict reserves the right to modify these terms and disclaimers at any time without prior notice. Continued participation signifies acceptance of such modifications.

Legal Jurisdiction.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that jurisdiction.
